These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 1betmega ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://1betmega.cam ("the Website").

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" shall refer to that person or entity.

To register and maintain an Account on1betmega, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement.1betmega enforces this through mandatory KYC verification at the withdrawal stage. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. Users from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
• Single Account: You may only hold one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your Account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or commercial entity is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement on this or any connected platform.

1betmega reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of the Account pending verification.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

KYC Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document

Submission of false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

All Account transactions on1betmega are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users:

Withdrawal conditions:

1betmega offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games only. Certain high-RTP games and live sports betting may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements, as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to exploit multiple bonus claims will result in disqualification and account closure.
• 1betmega reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes affecting active bonuses.
• Birthday Bonuses are credited once per calendar year to accounts that have made at least one qualifying deposit within the preceding 60 days. The bonus amount is determined by the member's VIP tier at the time of the bonus credit date.
• Referral bonuses are credited once per successful referral, defined as a new unique registrant who has completed KYC verification and made a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• 1betmega may in its absolute discretion decline to offer any promotion to any individual player.

All wagers placed on the1betmega Platform are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity:

• A wager is deemed accepted and binding only upon confirmation by the Platform's system. Bets placed during periods of technical error or system malfunction may be voided at 1betmega's discretion.
• 1betmega reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any wager at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns, odds manipulation, or integrity concerns in the relevant event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of1betmega's designated adjudication team shall be final, subject to any formal complaints procedure described in Section 17.
• For live sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC events, odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted prior to an in-play odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
• Winings from all games are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as real-money deposits. Maximum payout limits per individual game or event may apply and will be communicated within the specific game or event interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1betmega Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Match-fixing, insider trading, or the exploitation of privileged information in sports betting markets
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit price differences across markets or promotions in a manner inconsistent with standard player behaviour
• Money laundering, or the use of the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, exploit bonuses, or evade Account restrictions
• Sharing Account login credentials with any third party
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling activity
• Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other users

All content on the 1betmega Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, audio-visual material, user interface designs, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of 1betmega or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 1betmega
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Create derivative works based on any1betmega content or software
• Use any 1betmega brand name, trademark, or logo in any manner not expressly authorised

Any unauthorised use of 1betmega's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1betmega's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1betmega shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional content
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

1betmega reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious account activity, including patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request

Upon Account closure initiated by 1betmega for cause, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and associated winnings under investigation) will generally be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 30 business days, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where voluntary closure is requested, any Bonus Funds and their associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

1betmega is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps applicable to your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanently self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1betmega is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to first contact 1betmega's customer support team to seek resolution informally. The majority of issues are resolved satisfactorily through this channel within five business days.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through our formal complaints procedure. Written complaints should be submitted via the email address listed in Section 17 below. 1betmega will acknowledge receipt within two business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
